Consulting and Coaching Structure

worriedManBelow is the model MB&C coaches use when working with individual and corporate clients. It is an offshoot of a 5-phase change model first developed by Ed Schein at MIT and modified by Mark Bryan based on additional concepts from his published books and consulting experience.

It is not uncommon for a new client to seek coaching when they are in crisis, anxious, or simply confused about what to do next: They may have been recently hired or fired, found themselves in a personal transition, been sabotaged on a creative project, become involved in a professional or personal conflict, are overwhelmed with a difficult decision, or simply want to establish more accountability in their life.

When pain is high or financial risk is great, we first address the crisis, then proceed to the deeper issues and longer term strategy.
